Our story begins in 2000 in a small shop front in Armadale, Victoria, where the founder of seed was inspired by the need for a one of a kind and compelling shopping experience that made children and their parents feel connected through great design.

Bonus Reward Points earned in the Bonus Points Mall are subject to the Bonus Points Mall Terms and Conditions. Bonus Reward Points may not be earned on the purchase of gift cards; where a gift card or voucher is used as a payment method (whether for full or partial payment), on GST or on delivery and shipping charges. Within Australia, your order will be delivered in approximately 5-7 business days. We offer free standard shipping on orders over $50 and $6.95 standard shipping on orders under $50. Tracking is generally available at least two (2) days after shipment. We also offer international shipping.

A receipt is required as proof of purchase on return items. We are happy to provide an exchange, gift voucher or a refund (online or at any Australian store) if you have changed your mind but only on items that are unworn. Refunds or exchanges cannot be offered on underwear, swimwear, or bathroom products, unless the items are: faulty, unfit for the products intended purpose or different to those shown or described to you. Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt of goods.
