Bonus Reward Points earned in the Bonus Points Mall are subject to the Bonus Points Mall Terms and Conditions. Bonus Reward Points may not be earned on the purchase of gift cards; where a gift card or voucher is used as a payment method (whether for full or partial payment), on GST or on delivery and shipping charges. Bonus Reward Points may not be awarded on any voucher, coupon or discount code that is not displayed from the Bonus Points Mall. Bonus Points will not be earned on cancelled, refunded, or amended transactions. Individual retailer terms and conditions apply.
Important Tracking Information

We ship all orders with Australia Post. All orders with delivery within Australia are shipped from Melbourne. All orders with delivery in New Zealand are shipped from Auckland. Australia Post Domestic Shipping Timeframes: Standard - 3-5 working days from dispatch; Express - 1-3 working days from dispatch.
Unless stated to be otherwise, charges referred to for use of any services or purchase of any product provided by Tea Too Pty Ltd are GST inclusive.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Alipay, Union Pay, Zip and Afterpay.
We want you to be completely satisfied with your T2 purchase. If you are unhappy with your purchase, then upon presentation of your product with proof of purchase, you are welcome to return the item to us within 90 days of purchase, provided the product is in its original saleable condition. In the event that your product is faulty, does not match its description or perform its function then a refund will be made in its original payment method or store credit will be awarded. Please contact our customer care team if you need to complete a refund. You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been arranged. Once processed, you will receive your refund within 3 - 5 business days.
